Short sales are very confusing and frustrating. You will do a lot of waiting for the banks to get their ducks in a row. Short sales do not go as fast as everyone would like them to and Shannon did a great job of explaining this to me. Remember when you are doing a short sale that the waiting is due to the banks not your Realtor. Shannon was very helpful in explaining the process to me since I had never sold a house before, let alone a short sale.
